BE, BTech, MCA, MBA in Finance/Operations preferred,  6+ years of relevant experience, including Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud implementation. Completed at least 3 full project lifecycles of Finance modules implementation.  Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 4 modules - Cloud HCM Modules like CoreHR, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Performance &.Goals, Learning, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.
