Work you'll do A Consultant at Deloitte functions as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. A Consultant gains exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP. Responsibilities include defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation or Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation. Additionally, you will leverage your experience in addressing sales planning and sales compensation issues across different business sectors. We innovate like never before by creatively using technology to help enhance digital customer and employee experiences for our clients Qualifications Required + Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Consultant, or Compensation Analyst for a mid-to-large sized organization; or, direct consulting experience + Minimum of two (2) years of implementation experience of OIC solutions (i.e. Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion)data models, comp plans, and transaction processing + At least three (3) years of hands-on experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation modules and functionalities + Ability to travel at least 50% of the time on average based on the work you do and the clients and industry/ sectors you serve + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available + Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) Preferred + Previous "Big 4" experience + Experience implementing other SPM platforms (Anaplan, Varicent, Xactly, SAP Commissions, Captivate IQ) + Advanced degree in related specialization area + Strong presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel) Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: https://www2.deloitte.com/us/en/pages/careers/articles/join-deloitte-assistance-for-disabled-applicants.html The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,000 to $231,000.
