You will capture functional and technical requirements from the business and translate these into IT requirements ensuring the best fitting solution.

As an Oracle HCM Business IT Consultant, you will:Support the HR domain in all aspects of IT processes and lead implementation on best fitting IT solutions.Act as end-to-end coordinator for IT deliverables ensuring stakeholder management, delivery management and execution of projects and BAU.Translate business requirements into IT solution designs; provide expertise in the design of solutions. Coordinating providers in creating the solution, configuring and implementation IT systems and supporting business in UAT of the solution.Manage external IT providers on delivering to promise and ensuring optimal alignment of the external delivery model with the business requirementsDevelop project plans including budgets, timelines and forecast. Compare operational progress against planned project objectives and suggest corrective actions for variances.Review project information to identify risks and opportunities and present it to the key leaders.Support the HR Business in the solution & adoption to the NSO's (National Sales Organisations).
As an Oracle HCM Business IT Consultant, you will need:Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field. Masters Degree is a plus.Relevant functional/technical design experience in HR systems implementation, and preferable across multiple countries and/or regions.Good functional and technology understanding and experience of HR business processesAdept at creating and transforming business requirements into functional requirements and designing business models using UML diagrams for HR business processesBackground in defining solutions, data integration and data replication across a diverse system landscape including Oracle CloudExceptional problem-solving and sound-decision making capabilities, recognized by alternative solutions, and confident, accurate, decision-making coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Solid knowledge of the domain applications is required, proven by certification \ track record.Strong experience in writing functional requirements following use cases.The ability to organize and lead meetings, set out actions and perform progress control on deliverables. Be the escalation point for issues which are raised by project team members.Recognized as an expert in own area within the organizationProvides specialized depth and/or breadth of expertiseInterprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practicesSolves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutionsWorks independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
