Job description

Infosys is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Talent & Learning Management Functional Senior Consultant with implementation and application support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Talent and Learning management modules. This position will also be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as data migration, integrations and reports.

Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Phoenix AZ or Indianapolis IN, or be willing to relocate to one of these locations. Also, must be willing to travel to Infosys client locations across USA/Canada on as need basis.Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree 4+ years of Information Technology experience3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent Management and Learning2+ years of experience in working on at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Benefits, Compensation and Payroll Hands on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for USA, Canada or Europe clientsKnowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile modeExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentKnowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycleExperience with Lean / Agile development methodologiesCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modulesCandidate should be proficient in all the Core HR, Talent and Learn processes and ConfigurationsAbility to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Core HR, Talent and Learning ManagementKnowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skills

The job may entail travel. The job may entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
