IBM are looking for an Oracle UK HCM Cloud consultant to join our expanding team. You will work closely with clients to capture requirements, come up with design solutions, offer expertise and provide guidance on good practices for successful delivery. 

Your primary responsibilities include: 

Leading design workshops to capture client requirements, providing good industry practice advice and recommendations Configuring the HCM Cloud solution to match business and client requirements, and ensuring end to end design across ERP (e.g. across Absence, Time and Labour, Compensation, Payments) Working with clients to identify and resolve any risks and issues arising from the deployment of technology solutions. Supporting our clients through testing and go-live. Build trusted relationships with clients and managing their expectations on delivery and time scales within the scope.
