Qualification - Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate
Exp - 10 - 15 years
Minimum 10-14 years of total experience relevant to this position including 5+ years of project management experience.
● Should have multiple HCM full lifecycle implementation experience with three end to end cloud implementations or 5+ years of Oracle cloud experience
● Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to functional solution
● Functional expertise in various HCM modules
● Good understanding of integrations and solutions in HCM projects.
● Strong business writing skills and verbal communication.
● Strong analytical abilities and exposure to quantitative project management, including financials and metrics.
● Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
● Strong people and team management experience
