TalentWorld is recruiting an Oracle HCM Learning & Development Specialist (Remote) in Victoria, British Columbia for one of our clients.
Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of a strategic learning plan for Oracle HCM Cloud adoption. Create dynamic training content, including eLearning modules, instructor-led sessions, and quick-reference guides. Analyze change impacts to customize training for different user groups. Establish a Super User network to foster internal expertise and post-go-live support. Integrate training with OCM efforts to ensure alignment with broader change initiatives. Measure training success through feedback, surveys, and adoption analytics. Maintain and update training materials in line with system enhancements. Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams on testing, data migration, and deployment timelines. Communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders through structured reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Preferred certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification, Prosci Change Management Certification (or similar, e.g., CCMP, ACMP),Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) or ATD Certification PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications (a plus) 10+ years in Learning & Development (L&D) and/or Organizational Change Management (OCM). 3+ years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Fusion HCM preferred). Proven track record in large-scale ERP/HRIS training rollouts (1,000+ users). Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) – hands-on implementation experience required. Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Saba). eLearning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia). Collaboration & Design Tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Canva, Vyond). Survey & Analytics Tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Power BI). Basic understanding of HRIS systems and data flows. Familiarity with SQL (for running simple reports in Oracle HCM). Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards for eLearning compatibility.
