Key Responsibilities: + Lead and design integration solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM using Oracle APIs, middleware, and cloud-based tools. + Develop and implement secure and scalable integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications. + Utilize Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data transformations and integrations. + Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services for HCM data exchange. + Architect solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure Cloud (Virtual Machines, Functions, Databases, APIs) to support hybrid cloud environments. + Develop data pipelines and ETL solutions using Informatica Cloud Integration Hub and IICS/IDMC for seamless data flow. + Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and implement best practices. + Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements related to HR and employee data. + Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner. + Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership. Skills and Competencies + 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and its integration capabilities. + Strong expertise in Oracle HCM APIs + Cloud Integration API experience + Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) + Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud services, including Virtual Machines, Functions, Databases, and APIs. Azure certifications are a plus. + Coding skills: One or more of : Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, .NET/C#, and SQL for integration development and automation. + Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus. + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex challenges. + Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. + Experience working in large-scale HR digital transformation projects. + Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes in Oracle HCM Cloud.
