Overview 

The Oracle Solutions Architect will support the Oracle – HCM solutions to the HR Leadership and Business Teams. Support Change and Release Management process.  Support the Lead Oracle HCM Solutions Architect to Identify potential technology improvements and underlying root causes for reoccurring issues to improve the overall workforce experience. Serve as a solutions SME for the team.  Deliver regular updates to solutions to management.

Responsibilities 

Provide comprehensive support for Oracle HCM solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and business teams. Collaborate on the Change and Release Management processes to ensure smooth implementation of system updates and enhancements. Work with the Lead Oracle HCM Solutions Architect to identify technology improvement opportunities and address recurring issues to optimize the workforce experience. Demonstrate the functional aspects of the system/solutions live to end-users. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle HCM, offering guidance and expertise to team members and stakeholders. Develop and deliver regular updates on system solutions, changes, and enhancements to management and key stakeholders. Leverage problem-solving and analytical skills to address system challenges and identify improvement opportunities. Utilize communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
