The AHS HR Technology team is a core component of our Human Capital strategy - the work we do supports our entire organization. We collaborate with Leadership and all levels of the organization to develop leading global HR strategies and support our organization in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading team member (employee) experience.
As part of the AHS HR Technology team, this position is responsible for the Core HR module within Oracle HCM Cloud. In this position, you will partner with various leaders in our operational team to influence and guide the adoption of leading practices with particular attention on optimizing current processes while supporting enhancement needs.
Responsibilities
+ Provide comprehensive support for Oracle HCM solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and business teams.
+ Collaborate on the Change and Release Management processes to ensure smooth implementation of system updates and enhancements.
+ Define, build and implement enhancements to Core HR processes and workflow that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results.
+ Work with the Lead Oracle HCM Solutions Architect to identify technology improvement opportunities and address recurring issues to optimize the workforce experience.
+ Demonstrate the functional aspects of the system/solutions live to end-users.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle HCM, offering guidance and expertise to team members and stakeholders.
+ Develop and deliver regular updates on system solutions, changes, and enhancements to management and key stakeholders.
+ Leverage problem-solving and analytical skills to address system challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
+ Utilize communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Working pro-actively with the business to understand their strategic direction and how to support the execution of their strategies most effectively.
+ Develop risk models to access and mitigate potential control risks, process improvements to improve effectiveness and quality of deliverables.
+ Gather & Document functional requirements
+ Performing functional impact assessments
+ Perform functional configuration and testing
Education and Experience:
+ Required: 3+ Years of Hands-on experience both implementing and operating Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR module from planning to configuration through go-live
+ Required: 3+ years providing direct solution / client support with working and hands-on knowledge and experience with the following tech stack requirements (preferred): Redwood UI, SQL, OTBI, HSDL Development, HDL Development, Release/Regression Testing (Quarterly/Bug Patch), Transaction Console, Knowledge Management, HR Helpdesk, Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), Talent Profiles, Performance, Goals, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Journeys/Checklists
+ Preferred: Hands on experience both implementing and operating Oracle HCM Cloud Recruitment and On Boarding modules from planning to configuration through go-live
+ Working knowledge and experience creating technical documentation including Standard Operating Procedures/Knowledge Article/Knowledge Management, Functional Design Documents, FAQs, and Change Request Forms.
+ Strong experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Hands-on experience in root cause analysis and designing technology improvements to address recurring challenges.
+ Exposure to emerging technologies and best practices within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology/systems. computer science, computer technology, business, management, engineering, information systems, computer technology, or related field required.
+ Oracle Certification: Oracle Certification in HCM Business Processes or HR Cloud Global Implementor (Core HR).
