Oracle HCM Techno Functional HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Support Specialist

Offer Tecno-functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Compensation. Act as the first point of contact for functional issues, providing L# support and ensuring swift resolution of service requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. To work on reviewing configurations, fixing error codes and implement the changesAssist in the configuration and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules in line with organizational policies and procedures. Conduct testing of new features, patches, and updates to ensure they meet business needs. Develop and maintain documentation related to functional processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures. Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities. 

QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience and 3+ years of experience with delivering Oracle HCM cloud solutionsExperience with the functional support or implementation in Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR and Time & Labor management modules Experience in US payroll legislation, processes, and Oracle payroll and compensation implementationGood to have 1 to 2 years’ experience in all phases of a full implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing) in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS HCM, or other Cloud based HRISWorking knowledge of customer business domain and/or product within a specific industry vertical/domain
