As a Senior EHR Adoption Consultant you will:
Lead a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements
Provide insights on Oracle Health's Cerner systems workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements
Develop change management strategies to support adoption of changes
required by a project or initiative
Create solutions to mitigate organizational impacts of change initiatives that lead to successful adoption
Deliver solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs, enhancing both Impact and accessibility across healthcare services
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing Oracle Health's Cerner systems in hospital systems performing testing, configuration and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity
Experience in EHR Change Management, training or learning
Skilled in the design and deliver of training programs for healthcare providers and staff on the use of Oracle Health Cerner
Willingness and ability to travel weekly (typically Monday through Thursday) when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
Complete all client vaccination and health requirements including proof of vaccinations
Preferences
Experience with ADKAR methodologies, Prosci certification a plus
Undergraduate Degree (e.g. BA, BS)
Previous experience working in the public sector a plus
The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
