As the Oracle Health Solution Consultant, you will:
Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Oracle Health’s EHR system
Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements
Provide insights on system workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements
Leverage subject matter expertise in Cerner's Community Care solutions including care coordination, population management and data integration enhancing community based healthcare services
Leverage knowledge of Cerner Referral Management workflows, ensuring efficient referral tracking, provider communication and patient follow-up processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
Expertise in the Oracle Health's RadNet solution with comprehensive knowledge imaging modalities such as X-ray, MRI, CT, PET, Ultrasound and Nuclear medicine with familiarity with the integration between RadNet and radiology imaging systems (PACS)
Experience in EHR Implementation including workflow assessments, system design, data collection (DCW), system configuration, testing and validation, third-party platform integration, training material preparation and Go-Live support and post Go-Live optimization
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the Oracle Health Clinical solutions to client audiences
Willingness to travel onsite with flexibility to work nights and weekends
Authorization to work in the United States

The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
