As a Digital Healthcare Technical Manager, you will:
Partner with a team of professional consultants in the delivery of technical solutions to our healthcare clients ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory compliance
Provide insights on Oracle Health’s Cerner system to develop innovative, customized solutions with clinical and operational workflow
Lead the implementation lifecycle of our Oracle Health’s Cerner system including planning, configuration, design and build along with Go-Live & Post Go-Live support
Deliver solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs, enhancing both impact and accessibility across healthcare services

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience
Experience in leading and managing revenue cycle implementation and optimization projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables align with client and organizational objective
Subject matter expertise in revenue cycle solutions (Sorian Financials) including charge capture, contract management, billing and collections
5+ years’ experience providing Oracle Health consulting in hospitals and healthcare, ideally large healthcare organizations
Expert project management experience with the ability to resolve issues, communicate updates and ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction
