Oracle Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

· Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into integration solutions.

· Develop integration flows, APIs, and services to connect Oracle HCM Cloud applications with other enterprise systems.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration processes, APIs, and data flow.

· Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other teams to ensure that integrations meet business needs and technical requirements.

· Maintain and update existing integration solutions as needed.

· Monitor integration performance and ensure high availability and reliability of integration solutions.

· Ensure that integration solutions adhere to best practices and security standards.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 8 to 10 years of proven experience in Oracle integration tools like HCM extracts, BIP, and OTBI.

· Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including REST, SOAP, and XML.

· Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant scripting languages.

· Experience with web services, APIs, and middleware solutions.

· Understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud application preferably Payroll and their integration needs.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Working knowledge in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

· Experience with cloud-based integration solutions.

· Knowledge of integration patterns and data transformation techniques.

Additional Skills:

· Experience with Agile methodologies.

Salary Range: $96,700 to $125,180  annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
