Role: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) Support Specialist in support of our client, WSSC Water. Responsibilities: Provide technical and functional support for WSSC’s Oracle MWM Application Assist with MWM Production/Deployment Changes Assist with AMR/Manual Meter Reads download/upload related issues Assist with MWM System Configuration, Shift Templates/Schedules, including setup and changes, and monitoring Appointment Baseline Data fixes to resolve communication errors between systems in real time so all work will be completed on the same day Working ToDos for Oracle Customer-to-Meter (C2M), MWM, and ODM Process Improvements and Priority Requests for Meter Services Any new work/special projects at the discretion of the Utility Services Manager(s) and/or Meter Services Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, System Analysis, Information Systems or a related field. A master's degree in a related field of Information Technology is preferred. A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Oracle MWM, ODM and CC&B (C2M) A minimum of four (4) years of Oracle MWM Support and/or Development Must have at least five (5) years of experience in the developing/design reports using complex Queries from various database systems. Must have experience with application troubleshooting and root-cause analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function well within team Clearance: The ability to pass a background check is required.
