The SDR role provides a hands-on experience, sourcing and qualifying leads while building product knowledge and developing fundamental sales skills. We are looking to hire our next superstar sales representative to help us continue to accelerate our YoY growth through revenue generation. Within this role, you will get the best of both worlds – training and autonomy. Your Responsibilities

Analyze and understand prospective customer needs, personas, processes, projects and requirements in order to ascertain potential solutions. Perform outbound prospecting through cold-calling, emails and social media to generate high quality, BANT qualified leads that can be promoted to sales.  Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Oracle Netsuite solutions and our value proposition so that you can speak around value and return on investment vs technical functionalities.  Maintain a high volume of tailored, strategic, multi-channel outreach for your target accounts. Confidently interact with and influence key personnel up to and including Executives at the highest levels of an organization Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with the Account Executives that you support. Prioritise your time and accounts effectively to ensure succes

 

Minimum Qualifications

Native level of Dutch and English (additional languages advantageous) BS/BA degree in Business Management, Finance or Economics Adaptable, resilient, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to succeed Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
