Oracle Payments OPI Enablement Senior Manager

Description:

As the Manager of the Oracle Payments Interface (OPI) Enablement team, you will be responsible for the creation of our next-generation framework for accelerating payment partners on their path to OPI integration.  You will design and maintain a program that will help payment partners start their journey with OPI, provide them with resources to help them learn, and find ways to accelerate the validation of their integration leveraging new tools and technology.  Within this role, you will shape the future of how payment partners integrate to Oracle Payment Interface.

Establish a new, repeatable, self-service framework �� Leverage tools and your expertise, design a new program that promotes self-service and an accelerated pace to market for payment partners and their integrations. Take in feedback and evolve the program – As payment partners leverage this new program, evolve it based on their feedback to ensure it’s cultivating their success. Provide leadership to OPI enablement team – Ensure your team is knowledgable on the framework and is prepared to support payment partner’s acceleration and success through the program. Oversee, and report on, ongoing Payment Partner Onboarding – Provide high-level on a consistent basis to key stakeholders

Qualifications

This role will require the ability to design and implement a validation framework as well as run it once implemented.  The work will require significant technical and process-oriented knowledge.  Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach are a must as well.

At least 4 years of experience installing or integrating Oracle Payment Interface solutions. Ability to lead a program with many Payment Partner validations happening at one time Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
