Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle PPM Product Analyst in Boca Raton, FL. Basic Purpose: The Oracle PPM Product Analyst will play a key role in the implementation, enhancement, and support of the Oracle ERP system, with a specific focus on client invoicing within the PPM module and possess a deep functional understanding of the billing processes related to contracts and projects, backed by a solid technical knowledge of the Oracle application, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, design workflows, and ensure successful testing and deployment. Essential Functions: * Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements related to billing, contracts, and project management within the Oracle PPM module * Solution Design: Analyze requirements and design effective solutions within the Oracle ERP system, specifically focusing on billing modules, projects, and expenditures * Process Workflows: Develop and document clear and efficient business process workflows tailored to the organization's needs, ensuring alignment with best practices * Testing and Validation: Lead the testing phase, developing test plans, scripts, and performing functional testing to ensure that all solutions meet specified requirements * Cutover and Change Management: Support the deployment of ERP solutions by managing cutover activities and facilitating change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions * Technical Knowledge & Insights: Provide technical insights related to the data structure, integrations, and customizations of the Oracle ERP system, particularly as they pertain to the PPM module and related billing processes * Documentation, Training, & Reporting: Create detailed documentation and training materials for end users, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of new processes and the Oracle system
