What you will be responsible for

As Oracle Product Owner you will

Product Owner for assigned Projects, including scope management, capacity planning, resource management, delivery timelines and risks/issues/dependencies management.Actively manage the definition and delivery of target dates and project milestones so that deadlines are understood, met and projects remain on targetCoordinate cross-project activities working with multiple stakeholder groupsIdentify, report and escalate Issues/Risks and challenges. Manage and mitigate delays with project team and stakeholders. Drive issues and risks resolution, decision-making on a path to greenLiaise between internal workstreams and stakeholder groups to drive consensus on project plans, status, and issues/risk trackingCommunicate project and program status updates to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis and ad hoc as requiredCollaborate with PMO and provide updates for management and SteerCo reporting.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

10+ years experience in project/program management driving enterprise level, high impact and cross-functional initiatives. Managing projects across cross-functional stakeholder groups, business units and global teamsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Technology or equivalentOrganizational knowledge of State Street especially Finance preferred.
