ORACLE Support Engineer – FINANCE DOMAIN

Cuernavaca, CDMX (Hybrid)

As an Oracle Support Engineer, you will resolve commonly documented issues within Oracle EBS and interfaces. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and solving issues while coordinating tickets with third parties.

Responsibilities

Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for Oracle eBusiness Suite users globally.Engage with users regularly to ensure satisfactory resolution of tickets.Coordinate and collaborating with both internal and external parties to enhance the functionality and processes related to DIS Global ERP (Oracle).Escalate any critical issues identified in GERP or associated systems to the management team.Continuously update and maintain knowledge and skills in Oracle ERP and DIS processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor´s degree in computer science, finance, or related fields. 5 years of IT support experience and relevant Oracle Module support.Good understanding on financial processes and Oracle Financial Modules. Fluent in Spanish and English (B2).

Position Requirements

Mexican citizenship or work permit.Hybrid role, office based in Cuernavaca.Oracle Financial Module knowledge.
