Oracle Workforce Compensation Analyst

Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (‘Divested Group’). The role is for a Global colleague to support various Oracle Advanced Compensation Operations work. They must work our client hours (North American Eastern).
This is a Level 2 Global Colleague that we are looking for that have a higher level of skills than our current Specialists in India.

Leading client-facing meetings

Create and present documentation (SOPs, PRDs, QRCs)

Managing and addressing escalations

Creating and executing test scenarios

Project management

Administering Comp Admin responsibilities for test cycles

Completing processes that have some variability in steps or unexpected conditions but is well-documented

Soft Skills

Strong communicator (written and oral)

Excellent attention to detail

Good problem solver, resourceful and thinks critically

Working North America hours with flexibility for starting and ending work times

Exhibits a high degree of ownership over processes

Lead client-facing meetings

Create and present documentation

Tool Experience - Oracle Workforce Compensation

Experience in the HR system to execute transactions and research inquiries (ideally a minimum of 3 years)

Experience in the module needed; either Compensation, Talent/Performance or Learning (minimum of 1 year)

Technical Skills (minimum of 5 years)

Experience loading files, auditing and resolving errors

Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc)

Adept at queue management

Researching issues and inquiries

Managing and addressing escalations

Creating and executing test scenarios

Project management

Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree related to field, or expertise
