Job Description

Oral Care Clinical group is looking for a dynamic team member to support various needs of clinical research process. Clinical Trial Manager is responsible for the operational management and the oversight of clinical trials. As an integral member of the clinical team, Clinical Trial Manager works closely with Clinical Scientists/Project leaders, Clinical Data Managers, Statisticians, Safety, Regulatory and Product Development partners to ensure completion of the study deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In collaboration with Clinical Scientists works on study design and protocolPrepares study timelines, schedules, resources and budgetsDevelops and maintains good working relationships with investigators and study staffOwns negotiating and managing the budget and payments.Ensures budget alignment and issue resolution with the site, budget owners and Clinical ScientistAssists in hiring of appropriate CROsCoordinates study implementation and manages activities. Serves as a point of contact for project teamsOversees proper conduct of the in-house and external studiesPrepares clinical protocols, amendments, study instructions, and any other clinical research related documentsEnsures all study documentation is filed in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements and oversees archival proceduresPlans, coordinates and conducts study meetingsTracks and reports on progress of study such as study initiation, subject enrollment, monitoring visits

Job Qualifications

A minimum of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (biology, chemistry, nursing, dental hygiene or similar) is requiredPrior clinical research experience is preferred but not requiredAbility to travel domestically up to 20%Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work harmoniously with diverse functions and individuals.Exceptional organization and communication skills, both verbal and writtenSelf-motivated with a desire to be an important contributor to a winning teamGood technical problem-solving and documentation skillsStrong computer skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
