Order Administrator

Order Administrator is responsible to ensure all incoming documentation is received and order is generated for processing to run. This role is required to assist Planner in customer liaison and scheduling matters, to follow up and resolve issue arise at EO Process, included involvement in Continuous Improvement activities and implementation of quality related system. Besides this task also need to carry out office administration and human resource task in the absence of HR personnel.

Duties To ensure adequate customer and incoming check documentation is received, for each consignment, to enable order to be created in the system. To generate customer order and get QA to release in timely manner to obtain the processing paperwork To review EO processing batch report.  To ensure and monitor all items in system is updated and to create any new item that required. To assist Planner in customer liaison on routine production and scheduling matters and deputised Planner as and when required To assist Planner in liaising with Production Assistant for work performance monitoring and issue resolving. All other responsibilities that commensurate with her experience and qualification as assign by her superior Duties - cont'd To support and involve in Continuous Improvement activities as required. To ensure and comply to company rules and policies, Safety policies, QA procedures, Lean Activity and SOPs. To ensure office supply, included but limited to stationary, pantry stock, staff personal protection equipment are with sufficient stock. To assist in office administration work, which included receiving and distribution of mall, answer and divert incoming telephone calls. To prepare room and refreshment for company organized activities, included training and meeting. To assist HR in staff related arrangement accordingly.  To assist in monitoring and controlling of external contractor service, which included Cleaning Service, Security Service, Hygiene Service and any other assigned by the superior. Education Degree Bachelor's DegreeHigh School Diploma or GED in OtherRequired Experience At least 1 year working experience in related field Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently Able to coordinate and supervise shift & routine activities Experience in clerical and administrative work Computer literate
