Business Controller
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support in all financial and commercial matters throughout sales orders execution. You will lead the order admin team in charge of third party and intercompany sales orders. You will directly report to the Local Division Controller and work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. •\tLeads the team responsible for the execution of customer purchase orders in SAP, from the order entry to the invoicing collection, in compliance with internal procedures and revenue recognition policies. •\tImplements management strategies, identifies opportunities for improvements and recommends business solutions.•\tDrives periodic sales order review and contributes to the forecast process.•\tGuides and develops the skills and knowledge of the team.•\tParticipates in ad hoc projects/initiatives, including external audit/internal control requests.
Qualifications for the role2 years of pertinent experience in a team lead role or 5 years of pertinent experience as an Order administrator.Bachelor’s degree in administration, Finance or Accounting. Additional experience can compensate.Excellent work ethic, organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficient in SAP and Excel, familiar with intercompany transactions.Bilingualism (French-English) both written and verbal communication skills. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
