We’re looking for an Order Administrator to play a key role in managing customer sales orders from start to finish—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless processing from contract award through shipment, billing, and final close-out.

What You Will Do
+ Works closely with Contract Managers, Master Schedulers, Shipping personnel, Program management, Quality, Production Operations, Engineering, Import/Export Compliance and various Government or Customer Personnel.
+ Utilize expert knowledge of the SAP Sales and Distribution module to manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the order lifecycle.
+ Enter and process data in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) as needed for DCMA government shipment approval.
+ Apply substantial knowledge and expertise to effectively complete assigned tasks.
+ Work on moderately complex assignments with minimal supervision, receiving general guidance for new tasks and initiatives.
+ Create/edit sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP.
+ Manages on-going changes from their assigned Contract Managers and associated Sales Orders and taking the appropriate actions to resolve discrepancies within our assigned tasks, through actions in SAP and WAWF.
+ Must have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal customers and resources within the company.
Qualifications You Must Have
+ Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

+ Strong ability to communicate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
+ Prior Experience with SAP and WAWF (Wide Area Workflow)
+ Ability to work at our Cedar Rapids location

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
