Order Administrator-PRM QP

Job Summary

We are looking for a Order Administrator who will be responsible for order processing in Qingpu Plant for Pressure Management. The role will coordinate with partners, customers and project teams to engage, understand and initiate the projects and to give resolutions for order process management. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:                                                                                                 

Review incoming contracts / PO to make sure comply with Emerson corporate trade compliance and legal requirements, including but not limited in checking Checkpoint, contract T&C, Pricing, Approval Process per DOA, etc. Enter the clean sales orders into SAP system, release purchase orders to manufacturing sites, chase for order acknowledgement with the promised delivery schedule, and maintain accurate delivery date into SAP system.  Act as the first contact point for external and internal customers, follow up order to cash process, feedback order fulfillment status to customer in time.  Collaborate with domestic / oversea plants to achieve on time delivery target, coordinate internal functions to solve all sales order related issues, to ensure smooth fulfillment. Support for goods delivery and cargo shipment in accordance with contract / PO requirements, prepare for shipping documentations. Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints with appropriate etiquettes and manners, continually improve customer satisfaction with our product & service.  Be responsible for order booking and sales recognition forecast & analysis, identify and mitigate any risks to ensure monthly POR target achievement. Support in the preparation of order management metrics reporting. Other tasks assigned by supervisor and manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:

College’s degree or above. Major in international trade or English or related fields will be an added advantage. 3 years or above related work experiences in order management, customer service or project coordination. Meticulous, Persistent and ability to work under pressure. Self-motivated and target oriented with learning agility. Strong interpersonal and communication skills ,team work spirit and detail-oriented. SAP experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

     ●Proficient with ERP systems (SAP&Oracle) .

     ●Presentation skill is preferred.
