Order Center Representative

 

The Order Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by processing orders, handling inquiries, and resolving issues. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Develop excellent working relationship and serve as the point of contact for customer emails and calls related to order status. Order Processing: Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system (SAP), ensuring all details are correct and the orders are processed in a timely manner. Issue Resolution: Identify, communicate, and escalate through established processes, any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Work cross functionally with other departments, sourcing plants and logistics/shipping to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate database of customer orders. Product Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of the company’s products. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.

You bring these skills, experience & education

Asscociates degree in Business or other related field, preferred.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills SAP ERP systems experience Analytical skills a plus Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
