Flawlessly manage and maintain the Order Control Centre as the direct communications and support channel between Dealership Stock Controllers and Ford Queries to manage and respond but not limited to include:
Requests to retail OTT orders
Requests to transfer units
General queries on stock, Marketing & Sales Programs and Stock Control bulletins
Management of Monthly Allocations administration.
Freight Assistance support
VISTA Help Desk support
Continuously identify process improvement opportunities within the Field Operations team.
Working cross-functionally · Improved proficiency in using key Ford Exposure to key MS&S and Regional Field technology systemsteam management · Enhanced business acumen
Project management · Improved Communications
Reliably manage database maintenance tasks. Flawlessly manage and maintain the Order Control Center email account. Flawlessly execute key required reporting. Contribute as a valued member the Field Operations team and provide support to H/O and Field Offices. Enhance the Company / Dealer relationship.
