Responsibilities

Order Coordinator is responsible for processing all customer purchase orders accurately and timely ensuring service level agreements are adhered to and all invoices are created within the correct period.

Timely and accurate processing of all customer purchase orders including licenseTimely and accurate processing of all web shop based ordersTimely and accurate processing of all internal stock transfer ordersTimely and accurate creation of all customer invoices in the correct periodProcessing of internal demonstration equipmentProcessing of instrument loan equipmentManage locally sourced Cryogen ordersManage web shop ordersManage demo system ordersManage loan systems/accessory ordersProcess licence requestsProcess repair/returns ordersProcess Cryo Maintenance kit ordersProcess Prodigy Mainteance kit orders, Process Cold head maintenance ordersProcess inter campany stock transfer ordersProcess third party purchase ordersCreate all customer SAP invoicesMonitor closely all required documentation is in place for each orderMonitor incoming shipments of systems and parts and arrange customs formality worksArrange export shipments of repair and follow-up with returnsUpdate SAP order status and delivery date based on the production's informationUpdate SFDC tool with SAP order number and required documents informationWork closely with Front office and Quotation Specialist teamAny other tasks to improve effectiveness applyBack up support for same functions noted within the job description for other regionsMaintain an excellent working knowledge of Bruker productsOther duties as may be defined which are broadly in line with the duties and objectives above Qualifications

Required qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant fieldExperience in working in the business of high technology life science fieldsExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail orientated with excellent organizational skillsCreative thinker with a decision-ready attitude to achieveHands on experience with SAP, CRM software SalesForce.comProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent interpersonal communication (both written and oral) skills in local language and EnglishAbility to deal with people at all levels.
