About the team

Dialpad’s Order Desk Associate will be responsible for supporting Global Sales and CX teams as part of the greater Operations and Strategy organization. They function as an integral role in the end to end deal cycle, acting as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for post sales order provisioning . In this role, you’ll combine your critical thinking and strong communication skills to become a strategic business partner for Sales.

Dialpad’s Global Order Desk team plays an essential role in the success of Dialpad. This team collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders across the business to constantly improve areas within the post sales cycle, while maintaining and adhering to business policies and procedures.

Your role

As an Order Desk Associate you’ll learn about the internal order processes and will work closely with other internal stakeholders, such as Sales and Finance to ensure Dialpad Customer Accounts are provisioned timely and accurately, while striving for efficiency across the post sales process. 

This position reports to our  ARG Manager of Global Deal Desk & Order Processing and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires office.

What you’ll do

Work closely with Order Desk leads by assisting as front line support for more standard requests as it relates to post sales activities, including internal inquiries and account provisioning. Process incoming customer service orders, ensuring they are accurately entered into the system. Verify order information (e.g., product availability, shipping details, pricing) and confirm with relevant departments as needed. Track provisioning status and provide timely updates to internal teams. Analyze order data to identify discrepancies or issues, and work to resolve them promptly. Prepare and maintain reports on order trends, volumes, and potential bottlenecks. Ensure compliance with company policies, order protocols, and customer requirements. Work cross functionally across various stakeholders within the business, such as Sales, Accounts Receivable and Billing Teams. Create / Improve documents to track internal Orders processes/procedures and find innovative ways to improve to support business growth. Provide excellent customer service through communication and follow-up. Assist with ad-hoc special projects and general administrative tasks, as required.

Skills you’ll bring

Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Thrives in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities with flexibility and focus Experience using Salesforce is a plus. Previous experience in an operations or order processing role is a plus but not required.
