We are seeking a dedicated Order Entry Specialist who will be responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
+ Issue and track customer units for services.
+ Arrange for movement of equipment ordered.
+ Review customer purchase orders for required services.
+ Enter all data for requests accurately.
+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding job status, consult with management or technicians, and relay updates to customers as necessary.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of experience in order entry/data entry.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
+ Strong data entry skills.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
+ Experience with order processing and inventory management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with SAP and logistics.
+ Ability to manage purchase orders.
+ Clerical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The role requires comfort in both office and blue-collar environments, including standing in the warehouse to enter shipping data. This position offers the opportunity to go permanent and take on additional responsibilities around the office.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
