Our Client, a Medical Research company, is looking for an Order Entry Clerk for their Miramar, FL/Remote location. Responsibilities: + A Client Supply Order Entry Clerk is responsible for obtaining and entering of client supply orders into the Materials Management software system. + Obtains client supply orders and enter them into the Materials Management software. + Interacts with clients as needed to obtain client supply order requests. + Researches client supply problems in conjunction with Marketing, Logistics and Client Supply warehouse, etc. as needed. + Informs clients of backorders and expected delivery times. + Informs clients of utilization constraints if the amount requested exceeds the established utilization ratios. + Assists the Client Supply Materials Analyst, Client Supply Manager, Warehouse Materials Analyst and/or Warehouse Manager in resolving client utilization questions. + Informs the appropriate individuals of low stock and backordered items. + Assists in preparation and distribution of reports as needed. + Complies with all applicable and current Materials and Services Management, Human Resources, Employee Health and Safety, Compliance, OSHA, CLIA, etc. policies and procedures. + Performs other duties as required.
