Job Title: Order Entry Coordinator

Job Description

The Order Entry Coordinator will serve as the intermediary between customers, suppliers, engineers, and outside sales teams to assist with ordering necessary parts for customer pumps. The role involves monitoring email inboxes, helping customers diagnose issues, collaborating with internal teams for solutions, ordering necessary parts, quoting and sending purchase orders for orders, and ensuring that the solutions resolve the issues. While primary communication is through email, the candidate will also need to troubleshoot issues over the phone.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor email inbox and respond to customer inquiries.Assist customers with diagnosing issues related to their pumps.Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions for customer issues.Order necessary parts for customer pumps.Prepare and send quotes and purchase orders for orders.Follow up to ensure that solutions have resolved customer issues.Communicate with customers and suppliers through email and phone.Essential SkillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.Good listening skills and the ability to understand mechanical problems.Proficiency with computers and basic MS Office, including Outlook.Customer service skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience working in a similar role, such as at Auto Zone or O'Reilly's.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
