Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the order entry team (around 10 pax.) to ensure the correct internal and external customer service activities, including sales order entry and order full cycle management, and payment-related assistance. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership and increase customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by analyzing statistics, and KPIs, using available tools and collecting relevant information, and takes appropriate actions to improve process efficiency. Being part of a regional organization of Customer Operations.The work model for the role is: #LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building and Smart Power division in Spain. Main stakeholders are local sales teams.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tEnsuring the correct and fast sales order entry. Both electronic and manual. Supervising the order transfer to the correspondent warehouse (Regional or Local). Ensuring transactional data alignment between local and regional systems.•\tManaging the resolution of customer issues, including order and invoice-related issues.•\tProviding appropriate solutions for customer requests and overseeing the coordination with related teams to ensure complete handling of requests, including order changes, order completion, expediting requests, etc.•\tEnsuring the documentation related to orders is collected and archived, and assumptions and decisions made during the process are recorded in the systems, within your area of responsibility.•\tAnalyzing the Process performance using the available data analysis tools. Determining main gaps and the root cause. Designing and implementing improvement actions with a continuous improvement culture.You will join a solid and experienced team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role\tYou are highly skilled in SAP (SD/MM modules), Sales Force, PowerBI and the low voltage electrification market.\tAt least 5 years of experience in sales orders administration and customer support.\tYou are passionate about customer focus and continuous improvement culture.\tYou have a collaborative mindset and are looking forward to coordinate and lead a high-performing team.\tEducation degree; preferred Business Administration, Engineering or similar.\tLanguages: high English and Spanish language skills.
