Job Title: Order Entry RepresentativeJob Description We are seeking an Order Entry Representative to manage day-to-day functions across several departments, focusing on basic data entry tasks. This role requires attention to detail and excellent customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities + Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy. + Provide administrative support across various departments. + Maintain and manage order entry and processing. + Deliver excellent customer service and communication. + Follow policy and procedure with each task. + Implement and streamline daily strategies for process efficiency. + Edit and proofread documents meticulously. + Multitask and manage work effectively under pressure. + File documents as needed. + Show flexibility with work schedule. Essential Skills + 2+ years of data entry experience in a similar role. + Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, MS Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. + Detail-oriented and highly organized. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to work well under pressure. + Strong editing and proofreading capabilities. + Flexibility with schedule. Work Environment The role is based in a small office within a manufacturing environment. The company is family-owned and fosters a family-like atmosphere. The standard work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
