A Carter Lumber Order Entry Specialist takes and enters orders received in a timely and efficient manner. Handles complete processing of invoices. Adheres to procedures while processing data entry in a timely manner. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.
Requirements

Data Entry
Responsible for receiving stock and custom orders and entering them in the database. Generates and forwards invoices for all orders. Creates and provides various reporting as requested.Sales Support
Provides support to the sales representatives by processing orders, scheduling shipments and answering general questions from customers. Forwards any production issues to the proper departments to ensure issues are taken care of. Acts as a backup for the Receptionist.Benefits (full-time employees)
