ORDER ENTRY SPECIALIST
Job TitleOrder Entry Specialist

Job Description

Responsible for following, reporting, and assisting with the daily administrative and operating procedures for the customer service department. Support all authorized personnel in timely and accurate order entry, order confirmations with estimated shipping dates, and review of EDI orders. Support all customer contact with pre and post sales support through telephone, chat, email and respond in a manner set forth by management to retain a 4.9 service rating.

ResponsibilitiesProvide order status updates, shipping information, and tracking of shipments when requested.Authorize return goods using the approved RGA procedure and determine if a product should be returned to the warehouse or field destroyed with proper management approval. Ensure proper re-stocking fees are charged back to the customer.Enter commercial and hospitality job purchase orders that reference the approved quote and work with the warehouse to ship the product when the job site is ready.Proactively work with the supply chain to confirm lead times and provide top customers with open order reports.Provide support to the customer service department with data entry and some minor reporting.Skills and Qualifications Required2+ years of administrative experience in an office environmentTechnical aptitude (ability to learn new programs and navigate through multiple systems/windows)Ability to problem solve and multitaskExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
