Job Description

We are seeking an Order Entry Specialist who will be responsible for reviewing contracts related to logistics and supply chain requests, ensuring all relevant business processes and procedures are followed. The role involves sales order management for various projects, logistical planning, and project steering. You will be responsible for entering and managing delivery schedules and sales orders in our ERP system (SAP), tracking project statuses, and creating necessary documents related to sales orders.

ResponsibilitiesReview contracts related to logistics and supply chain requests, ensuring compliance with business process manuals, international procedures, and local operating procedures.Manage sales orders for OE / RS / OH / RMA projects, focusing on both administrative and logistical aspects.Plan logistics, define sales order structures, and steer logistical projects effectively.Enter and manage delivery schedules and sales orders in the ERP system (SAP).Track the status of logistical projects and match this status with the customer's expectations.Create sales order acknowledgements and other relevant documents.Essential SkillsProficiency in order entry and data entry.Experience with SAP.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.Strong clerical skills.Experience with purchase orders and order fulfillment.Customer service oriented.Experience in sales support and order processing.Knowledge of inventory and logistics.Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of order entry experience.Must have SAP experience.Manufacturing experience is a significant plus.Must be proficient in basic functions of MS Excel.Associate's degree required.Work Environment

This is an on-site position with a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Parking is available. There is an opportunity to grow within the company, as the role covers for leave but involves significant project work that could extend the contract beyond September and potentially lead to a permanent position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
