Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our support desk team. You will work alongside 3-4 other representatives to assist with incoming orders via phone, walk-ins, or email. In this role, you will not only help process new orders but also follow up on prior orders and provide updates to customers regarding any delays or additional information needed. You will be the key point of contact for retail customers and contractors, helping them select products that meet their design and durability needs, including stone slabs for various applications. Orders are processed using a computer program within a Microsoft Windows environment.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm (with some flexibility for a 7:30am start). You will mainly work out of the showroom and Order Pick Up desk, occasionally walking into the warehouse to show slabs of stone to customers. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
