Order Fulfillment Specialist I
Job Summary: The Order Fulfillment Specialist I position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of service part order related activities to ensure a positive customer experience when hardware support services are required for Omnicell’s product installed base. Responsibilities • Data entry of service requirements into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Service Management (SMS) systems • Accurate processing of both return material authorizations (RMAs) and service orders • Creation and tracking of return shipping labels • Communication of order and return related information • Provide after-hours, on call support for critical part orders • Take phone calls from customers and Omnicell employees • Receive and respond to email requests from customers and Omnicell employees Required Knowledge and Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Possesses outstanding customer service skills • Proficiency in the use of a computer • Productivity and results focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Thorough attention to detail Basic Qualifications • Minimum Education: High School diploma • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an order entry environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a service order entry environment • SAP ERP experience • Successful experience in problem solving techniques • Exhibits solid independent judgment and decision-making skills Work Conditions • Remote working • Overtime as required • After hours, on call rotation support Additional Requirements • Legally authorized to work in the United States without Omnicell sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to pass background and employment verification checks • Able to work from assigned location without housing or relocation assistance from Omnicell \#LI-MG2 Since 1992, Omnicell has been committed to transforming pharmacy care through outcomes-centric innovation designed to optimize clinical and business outcomes across all settings of care.
