You will be responsible for managing the order fulfillment process (stock allocation against sales orders) and follow up of promotional sales to ensure timely initiation of display co packing.

How you will contribute

 You will:

Manage the order fulfilment process (stock allocation, creating delivery notes, out of stock reporting)Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional alignment (e.g. quota management)Use appropriate tools and processes such as availability checks and stock allocation rulesFollow up results and customer orders against promotional forecastInitiate display co-packing in order to deliver customer orders on time in fullActively participate in meetings with stakeholders (sales, CS&L, shopper activation team)Closely collaborate with the Customer Collaboration Team on out of stocks and delivery dates.

Good numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skillsMicrosoft office applications – good knowledge of excelSAP or similar ERP system knowledgeA customer-facing role within customer service, logistics or salesExperience in an order-to-cash environmentExperience in customer service, logistics and salesGood knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash processStrong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education :

Bachelor or Master degreeFirst relevant experience in Customer Service & LogisticsFluent in Dutch, English, basic knowledge of French
