Job Responsibilities :

Manage and support Global RetailStores operations regarding, replenishment / sales posting / returns, and other SAP related posting or transactions pertaining to inventory movement.Manage end-to-end order processing in SAP, including order entry, administration, and shippingEnsure accurate order fulfillment and timely dispatch to the correct addressesDemonstrate strong attention to detail to identify and resolve any errors in order processing, shipments, or deliveriesTrack orders to ensure they adhere to established fulfillment processesOversee inventory replenishment shipments to regional warehouses in line with the replenishment strategyReview and rectify any order issues before shipment status is confirmedConduct SAP inventory reconciliation with warehouse stockHandle returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring smooth processingCollaborate with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and overseas agents to resolve issues and optimize operational processes to achieve business goalsCoordinate with relevant teams on the disposition of excess and obsolete inventory to mitigate company risksMaintain accurate data and manage periodic metric reporting for management review

Pre-Requisites :Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the consumer electronics industryAbility to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentWillingness to work outside of regular hours based on business demandsProficiency in MS Office suiteKnowledge of SAP ECC is an advantageStrong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail, and effective communication, particularly in email writing and etiquetteDecisive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively to manage diverse situationsExcellent organizational and planning abilities
