You will be responsible for order modification and allocation of available stock to customer orders when stock is constrained, delivering against service and fill rate targets. 

 

How you will contribute 

This position will support the existing Order Fulfilment team in all operational activities and all product segments during the Jarvis project roll-out over 6 months. 

 

This position is responsible to support the order fulfilment process ensuring optimal product availability at all shipping-points for pre-defined product segment 

Collaboration with cross-functions to manage bottlenecks, LETs, NPDs and customer promotions incl. required tracking/reporting 

Independently carry out necessary order modifications taking into account the reason code to be used 

Balancing supply constraints and out of stock situations through continuous monitoring of the short to medium-term stock situation including cross-functional coordination to achieve defined service levels 

Ensure that warehouse & transport efficiencies are achieved through optimal order replenishment, Peak Management, Direct Plant Shipments, Big Order Split, on time delivery creation and correct carrier determination 

Accountable for reporting of cancellations including reason codes and availability information to enable proactive communication to customers

High-level of SAP competence preferred -  

Fluent in German
