Job Responsibilities :

Data Tracking

Establish & document the processes of tracking EVT / DVT / PVT units (engineering units) from suppliers.Work closely with other departments to ensure data integrity regarding the transfer of engineering units, to and fro.Accurately collect and enter data into databases and tracking systems.Manage/process eMTT(shipment request) and prepare shipping documents for shipping engineering units.Generate and distribute reports based on tracked data to relevant stakeholders.Manage scrapping of engineering units globally.

Process Control and Compliance

Establish & maintain accurate records and documentation of administrative processes.Ensure all administrative processes comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.Continuously monitor administrative processes to ensure optimal performance and compliance with internal and external standards.Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance compliance and efficiency.Work closely with other departments to support administrative control and compliance initiatives.Support annual compliance audits by providing necessary resources to auditors.

Pre-Requisites :Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experienceDemonstrates accountability, proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and a solid understanding of business operationsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsIn-depth knowledge of logistics, customer service, and supply chain management
