This position reports to
Order Handling Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesLead the order management team to ensure operational excellence of order management activities and improve customer satisfaction. Also need to be responsible for partical order management actitiveis: receive customer orders; order review and confirmation; good delivery arrangements based on customer’s requirements; center contract point to help customers address any order related inquiries, and order backlog management to ensure on time pick up of the SO by each customer, etc.
