Planning & Fulfillment Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in North America. You will be mainly accountable for:• Pro-actively communicates with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.• Processes orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.• Collects and archives documentation regarding the orders and records assumptions and decisions taken during the process in the systems in scope of responsibility. • Regularly analyzes statistics (e.g. forecast, pacing, etc.) using available tools and collecting relevant information.

Qualifications for the role

3+ Years’ Experience in a Material Planning or Manufacturing Environment and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related technical/STEM field of study.Sales Force Dot Com ExperienceSAP ERP Experience in the Production ModuleExperience in customer relations, Order Management, thorough knowledge of planning tools, quality processes and understanding of commercial terms and standard order procedures a plus.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
