Your role and responsibilities

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Order Handling Specialist to join our Planning & Fulfillment team! In this role you’ll play a key part in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. • Ensuring timely and accurate order processing.• Collaborating with internal teams.• Resolving customer inquiries.• Contributing to key targets like inventory management and on-time delivery, while continuously improving processes.• Continuously improving processes.• Supporting the Sales team.• Contributing to customer support strategy.• Sharing best practices across the organization.• Ensuring compliance with the ABB Code of Conduct, policies and local regulations. #LI-hybrid

Qualifications for the role

At least 2 years of experience in Operations.Proficient in written and spoken English (B2 minimum).Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; experience with SAP is a plus. Strong skills in Data Analysis & Reporting.Customer satisfaction-oriented mindset.Good written and verbal communication skills.Committed to HSE principles, risk reporting, safety standards, integrity standards and ABB’s core values.
