Order Management Lead
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed. The work model for the role is: #L-HybridThis role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tFocusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.•\tProcessing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.•\tActing as the first port of call for customers’ queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.•\tSupporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related.2 years of experience working in Customer support. Portfolio Management/Business Strategy/Market Intelligence.Type of Experience: Manufacturing / Cost Accounting / Finance.ERP (SAP) FICO Model, OFFICE, Advanced Excel.Strong Leadership, Attention to detail, self-critic and excellent customer service attitude.Advanced English.
