Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed. The work model for the role is: #hibridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Area, in Measurement & Analytics.You will be mainly accountable for:• Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.• Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.• Acting as the first port of call for customers’ queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.• Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

You are immersed in working with customers, resolving problems with purchase orders, services, invoicing and warranties in the Colombian market.Ability to demonstrate your experience attend to or manage customer orders or provide feedback to customers regarding the status of the order and delivery with knowledge of Measurement & Analytics.You have more than 2 years of experience in similar positions working with customers and contacting factories from other countries.You are captivated by customer oriented, autonomy, teamwork, planning and organization.Bachelor’s degree in Electric, Mechanic, Industrial, engineering, Administration or related.You are easy to communicate in English and Spanish, both oral and written (must).
